Rush Enterprises Q3 EPS $1.20 Beats $0.96 Estimate, Sales $1.27B Miss $1.34B Estimate

Rush Enterprises (NASDAQ:RUSHA) reported quarterly earnings of $1.20 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.96 by 25 percent. This is a 100 percent increase over earnings of $0.60 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.27 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.34 billion by 5.22 percent. This is a 7.72 percent increase over sales of $1.18 billion the same period last year.
