Cantor Fitzgerald Discontinues Research Coverage Of The Cannabis Sector

Cantor Fitzgerald has transferred coverage of WM Technology (NASDAQ:MAPS) to Brett Knoblauch. The company discontinued research coverage of the cannabis sector due to an analyst's departure. The company stated that ratings, estimates, price targets and investment theses for these companies should no longer be relied upon.

The departing analyst is most likely Pablo Zuanic, in that cannabis and psychedelics coverage was his beat at Cantor Fitzgerald. According to Zuanic’s LinkedIn page, he is in the process of launching a comprehensive, data-driven research subscription service on the cannabis and psychedelics sector aimed at institutional investors and corporations. He has apparently founded his own firm, Zuanic & Associates where he is a managing partner.
