Urban Edge Props Q1 AFFO $0.32 Beats $0.29 Estimate, Sales $99.44M Miss $103.31M Estimate

Urban Edge Props (NYSE:UE) reported quarterly AFFO of $0.32 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.29 by 10.34 percent. This is a 14.29 percent increase over AFFO of $0.28 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $99.44 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $103.31 million by 3.75 percent. This is a 0.76 percent decrease over sales of $100.20 million the same period last year.
