NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 5, 2024.
