YouTuber MrBeast is no stranger to giving away Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) vehicles as part of his videos that often feature contests, challenges, and giveaways.
The latest giveaway centers on Tesla vehicles in honor of MrBeast's birthday.
What Happened: With over 200 million subscribers on the Alphabet Inc-owned (NASDAQ:GOOG)(NASDAQ:GOOGL) YouTube, MrBeast is one of the most followed content creators.
MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, has 29 million followers on X and 52 million followers on Instagram to go along with his 256 million subscribers on YouTube.
While videos on YouTube often feature MrBeast giving away items including Tesla vehicles, the content creator's latest contest takes place on Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) owned Instagram.
"It's my 26th birthday, so I am giving away 26 Teslas to my followers! Like and Comment on this post tagging 2 friends to enter! Make sure you're following so I can DM you if you win a Tesla!" MrBeast posted on Instagram.
MrBeast also shared on X that he was giving away the vehicles on his Instagram account.
Billionaire Elon Musk owns X. He’s also the CEO and majority shareholder of Tesla.
The official rules for the contest say that the giveaway is open from May 7 at 12 p.m. ET to May 10 11:59 p.m. ET. Winners will be notified on May 11 and have three days to respond to the DM from MrBeast.
The grand prize in the contest is a Cybertruck valued at $120,000. Twenty-five winners will also win a Tesla Model 3 valued at $39,000. Winners have the option to accept the cash prize value of $120,000 or $39,000 respectively instead of the prize vehicle.
Rules for the contest state the giveaway is open to people aged 18 or older in the U.S. (including Washington D.C., excluding Florida, New York), Australia, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea and United Kingdom.

Why It's Important: The giveaway from MrBeast comes as the content creator expands his presence with a new game show coming to Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) owned Prime Video.
The new show titled "Beast Games" will have over 1,000 contestants, a $5 million prize and could set several game show records.
Along with the birthday giveaway, MrBeast also used his 26th birthday to share his progression he has made on YouTube over the years. Here is how many views MrBeast has gotten each year on YouTube since he was 12.
"I'm grateful after all these years I still get to do what I love," MrBeast tweeted.
The results show a lesson in keeping with content creation as it took the famous YouTuber years to hit the million view plateau. The results also show that MrBeast has consistently grown his views each year outside of age 13.
