Natera posted GAAP loss of 56 cents per share, compared to market expectations for a loss of 71 cents per share. The company's quarterly sales came in at $367.700 million versus estimates of $316.306 million.

Natera, shares jumped 15.3% to $110.25 in pre-market trading.
