Shares of Science Applications International Corporation (NASDAQ:SAIC) declined 11% to $119.91 following first-quarter results.

SAIC reported a 9% revenue decline year over year in the fiscal first quarter of 2025 to $1.847 billion, marginally beating the analyst consensus estimate of $1.844 billion. Adjusted EPS of $1.92 was in line with the analyst consensus estimate, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

SAIC shares dipped 11% to $119.91 on Monday.

• Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE:TDS) rose 9% to $21.67 as the company agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiaries OneNeck IT Solutions and OneNeck Data Center to US Signal Company, LLC.
• Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIE) shares gained 8.8% to $0.6348 after gaining over 3% on Friday. 
• Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) gained 8.3% to $218.39 after the company issued preliminary results and said there will be no restatement or adjustment of any audited or unaudited financial statements.
• Molecular Partners AG (NASDAQ:MOLN) shares climbed 8.2% to $4.0699. Molecular Partners presented data from completed Phase 1 trial of MP0317 monotherapy in advanced solid tumors at ASCO 2024.

• CNS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:CNSP) fell 32.3% to $0.1463. CNS Pharmaceuticals announced a 1-for-50 reverse stock split.
• Galera Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRTX) fell 30% to $0.1536. Galera Therapeutics will be delisted by Nasdaq.

The Boston Beer Company, Inc. (NYSE:SAM) shares fell 4.7% to $299.07. Boston Beer shares jumped around 22% on Friday following a report suggesting the company is in talks to sell itself to Suntory. Boston Beer later issued a statement on the company sale speculation. "We are fully focused on our business as an independent company and our return to growth," the company said.
