American Express, Trade Desk And More: CNBC's 'Final Trades'

American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) has “above market growth for below market multiple,” Amy Raskin of Chevy Chase Trust said on CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades.”

On May 7, American Express recently declared a dividend on Series D Preferred Stock and regular quarterly dividend.

On April 19, the New York-based company's first-quarter revenue (net of interest expense) grew 11% year-on-year to $15.80 billion, marginally beating the consensus of $15.79 billion. EPS of $3.33 beat the consensus of $2.95.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named U.S. 2 Year Treasury, saying it's just time not to take bets.

Brian Belski of BMO Capital Markets picked The Trade Desk, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTD), saying "online and audio advertising, it’s a new position for us."

On May 8, Trade Desk posted better-than-expected first-quarter financial results. The company reported quarterly earnings of 26 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 21 cents by 23.81%. Quarterly sales came in at $491.25 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $480.31 million.

Joe Terranova of Virtus Investment Partners named SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (NYSE:XBI) as his final trade.
