Take-Two Interactive Software Inc‘s (NASDAQ:TTWO) Rockstar Games is gearing up for another substantial update to Grand Theft Auto Online, set to roll out in June.

The update promises to inject new excitement into the game by introducing bounty hunting and police missions, offering players a taste of law enforcement action in the bustling streets of San Andreas.

In an announcement on June 5, Rockstar revealed players will have the opportunity to establish their bail enforcement and bounty-hunting enterprise.

This expansion brings fresh content, including new bounty hunter cosmetics such as badges and armor vests.

The update doesn’t stop there, as players will also engage in police dispatch missions led by Vincent, a character introduced in a previous casino update.

Furthermore, the update enhances the game’s content creator tool with the ability to create Drift and Drag races, along with additional tools and props for crafting even more elaborate events.

As anticipation builds for the eventual release of GTA 6, this update serves as a reminder of GTA Online’s enduring popularity, which continues to generate substantial revenue for Rockstar and its parent company, Take-Two Interactive.

The update is slated to arrive later in the month across Xbox, PlayStation and PC platforms, offering players new avenues for mayhem and adventure.
