Green Thumb Industries Inc. (OTCQX:GTBIF) convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 12, 2024, at its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Shareholders voted on several key proposals outlined in the company's 2024 Proxy Statement.
