ARB IOT Group Receives Nasdaq Notification Regarding Minimum Bid Price Deficiency

ARB IOT Group Limited ("ARB" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ARBB), a provider of complete solutions to clients for the integration of Internet of Things ("IoT") systems and devices from designing to project deployment, today announced that on June 25, 2024, it received a written notification letter (the "Notification Letter") from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), notifying the Company that it is currently not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share.
