The company announced it has entered into a securities purchase agreement dated June 30, 2024 with certain existing accredited shareholders and Company insiders to issue and sell an aggregate of 1.264 million shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase an equal number of shares of Common Stock at a combined offering price of $1.53 per share and warrant through a private placement financing.
