Plug Power Inc. ("Plug Power") (NASDAQ:PLUG), a global leader in comprehensive hydrogen solutions for the green hydrogen economy, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200,000,000 of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $30,000,000 of additional shares of common stock. Plug Power intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
Morgan Stanley is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
