Alexandria Real Estate (NYSE:ARE) reported quarterly earnings of $2.36 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.34 by 0.85 percent. This is a 5.36 percent increase over earnings of $2.24 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $766.70 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $776.26 million by 1.23 percent. This is a 7.40 percent increase over sales of $713.90 million the same period last year.
