American Finl Gr (NYSE:AFG) reported quarterly earnings of $2.56 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.45 by 4.49 percent. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.585 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.710 billion by 7.28 percent. This is a 5.18 percent increase over sales of $1.507 billion the same period last year.
