The above guidance implies a sequential sales change of flat to down approximately 5% and assumes sales declines in the western regions and sales growth in Asia.
The above guidance also excludes restructuring, integration and other expenses, foreign currency gains and losses, and certain income tax adjustments. The above guidance assumes similar interest expense to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 and an effective tax rate of between 21% and 25%.
