Greenlane Prices $6.5M Private Placement Priced At-The-Market

Greenlane Holdings, Inc. ("Greenlane" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:GNLN), one of the premier global sellers of premium cannabis accessories, child-resistant packaging, and specialty vaporization products, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for aggregate gross cash proceeds of $6.5 million, before deducting fees to the placement agent and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for working capital and general corporate purposes.
