ENDRA Life Sciences Inc.("ENDRA")(NASDAQ:NDRA), a pioneer of Thermo Acoustic Enhanced UltraSound (TAEUS®), today announced its Board of Directors has appointed Alexander Tokman as acting Chief Executive Officer to replace Francois Michelon, who stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors to pursue other endeavors. The Company also announced the addition to its senior management team of Ziad Rouag as Head of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs and Richard Jacroux as Chief Financial Officer.
