Cisco Posts Upbeat Earnings, Joins Tesla, Ulta Beauty, Robinhood, Dell And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 350 points on Thursday.

Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) rose sharply during Thursday's session following better-than-expected quarterly earnings.

Cisco reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $13.64 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $13.537 billion. The company reported adjusted earnings of 87 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 85 cents per share.

Cisco shares jumped 8.4% to $49.26 on Thursday.

AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTS) shares jumped 25.5% to $26.11 after the company said its first five commercial satellites are on target for orbital launch in the first half of September.
Gambling.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:GAMB) gained 23.6% to $10.91 following better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Perpetua Resources Corp. (NASDAQ:PPTA) rose 17.7% to $7.79.
Lumentum Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:LITE) gained 14.8% to $52.34 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued revenue guidance above estimates. Also, Rosenblatt and Needham raised their respective price targets on the stock.
TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ:WULF) rose 13.4% to $3.7990.
Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVLV) gained 12.8% to $3.44.
Sigma Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ:SGML) climbed 12.6% to $9.98.
Astera Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALAB) gained 10.7% to $43.03.
Ulta Beauty, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULTA) climbed 10.6% to $364.14 after Berkshire Hathaway added a stake in the company.
Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE:WOLF) rose 10.6% to $12.78. Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore maintained Wolfspeed with an Equal-Weight and lowered the price target from $23 to $15.
10x Genomics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TXG) gained 10.1% to $21.75.
The Honest Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:HNST) gained 10% to $4.2901.
Five Below, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIVE) surged 8.8% to $74.43.
Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) gained 8.6% to $3.1627 after Berkshire Hathaway increased its stake in the company.
StoneCo Ltd. (NASDAQ:STNE) rose 8.5% to $14.48 following upbeat earnings.
Highest Performances Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:HPH) rose 7.7% to $1.83.
DLocal Limited (NASDAQ:DLO) gained 7.6% to $8.35 following second-quarter results.
Paycor HCM, Inc. (NASDAQ:PYCR) rose 7% to $13.52 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) gained 7% to $68.24.
Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) rose 6.8% to $215.21. The stock is trading higher after stronger-than-expected retail sales, potentially signaling increased consumer demand and confidence, which may boost expectations for higher vehicle sales.
Ciena Corporation (NYSE:CIEN) gained 6.5% to $53.29.
Walmart Inc. (NYSE:WMT) rose 6.5% to $73.13 following better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOOD) rose 6.3% to $19.83 after Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $21 to $24.
Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE DELL) gained 6.2% to $109.33 after JP Morgan maintained an Overweight rating on the stock and raised its price target from $155 to $160.
Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) gained 5.9% to $254.69. lululemon athletica will release its financial results for the second quarter on Thursday, Aug. 29.
