Shares of Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ:NKLA) fell sharply in Monday's session after the company announced it entered into a securities purchase agreement and filed for a mixed shelf offering.

Nikola shares dipped 10.4% to $7.28 on Monday.

• Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:APDN) shares climbed 116% to $1.6903 after jumping 78% on Friday.
• Sonder Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SOND) rose 66% to $4.36 after the company announced a long-term licensing agreement with Marriott. Additionally, the company secured $146 million in additional liquidity.
• Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:TNXP) gained 60% to $0.7158 following second-quarter results.
• GeoVax Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:GOVX) gained 36% to $9.60 adding to gains of more than 225% over the past week.
• fuboTV Inc. (NYSE:FUBO) rose 29% to $1.9700 after a judge temporarily blocked the Fox-Disney-Warner streaming venture, Venu.
• Telomir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:TELO) rose 28.2% to $5.11.

• Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MAXN) gained 25% to $0.1450.
• Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIDU) rose 22% to $3.21.
• Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:FHTX) surged 20.9% to $7.57. Evercore ISI Group analyst Gavin Clark-Gartner initiated coverage on Foghorn Therapeutics with an Outperform rating and announced a price target of $20.
• ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE:ZIM) gained 19.6% to $22.80 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY24 guidance.
• MultiSensor AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:MSAI) rose 17% to $2.10.
• Xperi Inc. (NYSE:XPER) gained 13.7% to $8.59 after the company announced that it entered into an agreement with Amazon.com services for the sale of nearly all assets and some liabilities for $80 million.
• Inozyme Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:INZY) climbed 12% to $5.13.
• TG Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TGTX) gained 11.6% to $24.66.
• Clover Health Investments, Corp. (NASDAQ:CLOV) gained 11.5% to $3.1550.

• Theriva Biologics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TOVX) shares dipped 30% to $0.1411 after the company announced a 1-for-25 reverse stock split.
• Cingulate Inc. (NASDAQ:CING) dipped 28.8% to $12.59 after the company increased the maximum offering price for common stock under its sales agreement from $8.47 million to $11.33 million.
