Disney's head of investor relations, Alexia Quadrani, is leaving her position after less than three years on the job, according to an internal memo circulated Wednesday by finance chief Hugh Johnston.
The company's investor relations functions will now report to Treasurer and Executive Vice President for Corporate Finance Carlos Gómez, according to the memo. Quadrani will transition to an advisory role with Disney. Johnston told employees that he has been in discussions for some time with Quadrani about transitioning her out of her role, "especially now that we have entered a period of greater stability."
