Olympic Steel (NASDAQ:ZEUS) reported quarterly earnings of $0.13 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.10 by 30 percent. This is a 63.89 percent decrease over earnings of $0.36 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $418.78 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $449.58 million by 6.85 percent. This is a 14.43 percent decrease over sales of $489.41 million the same period last year.
