The Generation Essentials Group ("TGE"), an entity jointly established by AMTD Group, AMTD IDEA Group (NYSE:AMTD, SGX: HKB))) and AMTD Digital Inc. (NYSE:HKD), and Black Spade Acquisition II Co (NASDAQ:BSII) ("Black Spade II") are pleased to confirm the completion of their previously announced business combination (the "Business Combination"). The listed company following the Business Combination is TGE, and its Class A ordinary shares and warrants will commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE American under the ticker symbols "TGE" and "TGE WS", respectively, on June 5, 2025.
