American Strategic Investment Co. Receives Continued Listing Notice From NYSE

American Strategic Investment Co. (NYSE:NYC) ("ASIC" or the "Company") announced today that on August 26, 2025, the Company received a written notice (the "Notice") from the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") that the Company did not presently satisfy the NYSE's continued listing standards under Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual (the "Manual"), which requires the Company's 30-trading day average market capitalization to be not less than $50 million and the Company's stockholders' equity to be not less than $50 million. As set forth in the Notice, as of August 25, 2025, the Company's 30-trading day average market capitalization was approximately $34.3 million and the Company's last reported stockholders' equity as of June 30, 2025 was approximately $35.5 million.
