Yorkville Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:YORK) ("Yorkville" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by Yorkville Acquisition Sponsor LLC, announced today, commencing at market open on, September 8, 2025, shares of the Company's common stock will trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol "MCGA", and the Company's outstanding publicly-traded units and warrants will trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbols "MCGAU" and "MCGAW" respectively.

Yorkville Acquisition Corp. will be renamed to Trump Media Group CRO Strategy upon the closing of the proposed business combination (the "Business Combination") between Yorkville Acquisition Corp., Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (Nasdaq, NYSE Texas: DJT) ("Trump Media") and Crypto.com. The parties previously entered into a definitive agreement for a Business Combination to establish Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., a digital asset treasury company focused on acquisition of the native cryptocurrency token of the Cronos ecosystem ("CRO").
