(the "Company") in which the officer made certain statements regarding the Company's future results. Under the Company's Corporate Disclosure Policy, this officer is not a designated spokesperson authorized to disclose financial information on behalf of the Company. As a result, investors should not rely upon such statements. The Company reaffirms the revenue guidance for Q3 and full-year FY26, originally issued on August 27, 2025, as part of the announcement of its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025.
