Axalta Coating Sys (NYSE:AXTA) reported quarterly earnings of $0.67 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.64 by 4.36 percent. This is a 13.56 percent increase over earnings of $0.59 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.288 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.304 billion by 1.20 percent. This is a 2.42 percent decrease over sales of $1.320 billion the same period last year.
