Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG) reported quarterly earnings of $3.25 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.12 by 4.03 percent. This is a 14.44 percent increase over earnings of $2.84 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.601 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.419 billion by 12.83 percent. This is a 8.10 percent increase over sales of $1.481 billion the same period last year.
